The CDE has announced the 39 districts with 121 schools awarded in the Enhancing Edcuation Through Technology Competitive (EETT-C) Round 8 Grant Program. The total funding of the Round 8 program is $12,492,094.  The EETT-C Round 8 program continues through June 30, 2011 with the possibility of a third year of funding, if the district is successful in meeting all goals and available funding. The major goal of the Enhancing Education Through Technology Competitive (EETT-C) grant program is to improve student achievement of the state content standards and technology literacy in grades four through eight with increased access to technology, electronic resources, professional development, and enhanced communications among school, home, and community.
