The EETT-C round 8 award notifications (Form AO-400) will be mailed on January 7, 2010. The award letters are mailed directly to the superintendent with a copy to the EETT-C contact person and to the CTAP representative. The first advance of 30% will be disbursed upon the receipt of the signed award notification and required change request forms, if applicable. The grant award period for EETT-C Round 8 is July 1, 2009 to September 30, 2011.

If you are an LEA that has a school that was partially funded or have program, budget, or school changes from your original RFA, please prepare the applicable change request forms which are available at: http://www.cde.ca.gov/ls/et/ft/eettc09r8forms.asp

Note: Due to the lateness of the award notification, the first performance report is an optional report. The CDE preference is to have the report filed, but that is a district/LEA decision.
